They offered me blood tests and an online DBT course. The nurse didn’t turn up twice to take the bloods. I had one Skype session for the DBT and then got discharged out of CMHT so I won’t be ... I was advised by GP I may have to wait between 6/12 months. Received a call sooner and completed assessment. I started my sessions shortly after. The 121’s have been so helpful.
