WebOct 9, 2009 · June 20, 2009 My husband & I stayed at the "Copper Whale",a lovely bed & breakfast in the heart of town, providing an extensive continental breakfast that was completely satisfying. It was just minutes from the Anchorage Airport. The airport is even decorated with Alaskan wildlife mounts. It is a small airport that is easy to navigate. The location is great, so handy for downtown, the train station, museums, the waterside. We thoroughly recommend the Copper Whale Inn and will definitely return if we visit Anchorage again.
