Place on a low heat until the gelatine has dissolved (don't overheat). Remove pan from heat. Add the corn syrup/honey and mix well. Then mix in the powdered sugar as much as you can. Mix in the oil, then knead the play dough on a sugared surface until it is smooth and silky.
