The newest Radeon driver software (20.7.1) that claims to fix these issues, DOES NOT. Fix your drivers. WebCheck the connection to the motherboard, if the fan has 4 pins then it is a PWM fan. If it only has 3 then you'll need to change the fan type in the bios (not all fan headers support this fyi so read your manual and find out which ones do) from PWM to DC. Once you flip it to DC you should be able to control the fan speed.
