WebYou're fine in PvE as mirage. On a whole they're one of the safer options for condi while being BiS for some fights when it comes to raiding. You don't NEED HoT per se because fractals and the like offer Viper's gear but it's just better to have it for PvE content sake. WebPower mirage or condi is viable for PVP/WVW.
