Web9 Nov 2016 · Nov 9, 2016. #1. Hello, I am trying to write a IF statement that uses the criteria "begins with". Ex: IF (Cell "A") begins with "7" then return "Hickory" otherwise return "Florence". Essentially I want to say that if the vendor number begins with the # 7 then list the city as Hickory, if not list city as Florence. Any help is greatly appreciated.
