WebbIntroduction: Syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion (SIADH), is generally characterized by hyponatremia and hypo-osmolarity. Objectives: SIADH may develop following some infectious diseases including brucellosis, which regarding the severity of the disease may cause morbidity or mortality. WebbTyphoidal tularemia presents with fever, headache, malaise, substernal discomfort, prostration, weight loss and a non-productive cough. Diagnosis: Clinical diagnosis. Physical findings are usually non-specific. Chest x-ray may reveal a pneumonic process, mediastinal lymphadenopathy or pleural effusion. Routine culture is possible but difficult.
